In studying philosophy, I ended up reading the "Bhagavad-Gita As it Is" and knew immediately that this philosophy was the supreme philosophy. There are no holes, no empty spaces within it. Everything is there; it all fits absolutely beautifully. It is not a question of religion, it's a question of science. I had a particular interest in studying consciousness itself, and was always aimed at moving in this direction. But, luckily for me, instead of wasting years of my life as a material scientist trying to extrapolate the answers from my own tiny brain, I realized that such work would never give me any concrete answers, due to a faulty process of gaining knowledge. I learned that knowledge comes down in the descending process, and to attempt to gain knowledge from our speculative theories is itself nonsensical. Actually, it is entirely impossible and completely ridiculous. Since then, I have continued to study KC philosophy and continue to do so. I am entirely unlearned but I am attempting to fill in the gaps.
