The paper is originally under topic "Vegetarianism" way down.
It can be hard to find. Srila Prabhupad says , not only is working towards protected farms important, but if we offer the milk from these unprotected cows to Krishna , the cows will benifit as they are then serving Him. Boycotting will not help them.
(Oh and i wasn't thinking of you regarding the offense part : )
