No I have not seen Cody, but I would not worry too much, he has disappeared this way before for quite long periods of time, and then, he will suddenly reappear! : )
You can also try sending him an email of course using his contact form (maybe you have already tried that).
Either way, I wouldn't worry, I've seen a lot of people seem to be "gone" for quite some time, then come back.
Things come up in there lives, or something like that :)
