I met Srila Prabhupada in either late 1969, or early 1970, in Brooklyn, New York. (I was with that group in Hawaii before that.) I became initiated soon after, and then I received my Brahman initiation, both with Srila Prabhupada. I married, gave birth to Kunti in '74 in Brooklyn temple. Then we went to LA temple, I gave birth to Jagannatha Prasad in '76. Divorced in '78 or so, left LA, went to Missouri and got married again, had a third, Chandi, in '82. Stayed married 14 years, then divorced again. Am still living in the Ozarks, alone, but close to my daughters, Kunti (who has her own 18 month old) and Chandi. My son, Prasad, is a professor up on Ottowa, Canada.
