About me

Not much to say about me really, I am just another fallen soul who came to senses few months ago and trying to be Japaholic.

I have always been religious ever since I was 8-9yrs old but I was worshiping demigods. If I am totally honest I wasn't aware that Krishna is the Supreme Lord and I always thought all gods are equal no one is superior over another. My aunt, a devotee convinced my parents, grand mother that Krishna is Supreme Lord and they started worshiping Krishna but I wasn’t having any of it, kept arguing that all gods are equal. One day she(my aunt) literally made me read few verses of chapter 9 in Gita which explains the difference between worshiping demi gods and Krishna and then she explained very beautifully all those verses which convinced me that Krishna is the supreme lord. After a couple of weeks I went to rathayatra and then snanayatra which was total bliss, since then I am progressing in KC step by step.

I am glad to see so young people like you taking up Krishna's consciousness seriously in this modern materialistic world, it really inspires me. I would be fortunate enough if u could add me to your buddy list. Your ever well wisher, Vinay. Take care & God bless.

Dear Japaholic,
It's so nice to hear from you.
I often wonder how you are, and what happened to you.
I'm so glad you are going to the temple and classes, etc...
That makes me really happy to know you are doing so well spiritually.
I always thought you were one of the most sincere, serious devotees that I have met here, and I always appreciated our conversations.

Please give my obeisances to Radha-LondonIsvara next time you are there.
Thank you.

Hare Krishna
I wanted to add you as my friend, but was unable to find the place on your profile where the option is given to send you a buddy request. Since I cannot send you a request, would you please send me one instead? Thank you.

Hare Krishna, Dear Japaholic,
I just wanted to tell you I left a comment to your question regarding the fact that some of Krishna's wives were more dear to Him than other of his wives.
In case you might have lost track of where discussion was, since it's been so long, it's here:

Relationships, General, Interfaith Relationships

I hope my reply is helpful to you.
It was so wonderful to see you in The Japa Room today, did you hear me talking about you in the introduction, and how you chose your user name, "Japaholic" and came into the blog there saying you wanted to be a Japaholic, and addicted to chanting? :) :) :)
(I know you didn't realize it was me at the time, so maybe you didn't understand that it was you I was taking about) :)
Love,
Navasi
