I'm quite new to Krishna consciousness, and know very few people who have any interest in the matter. I hope to make a few new virtual friends so I have people to talk to, to share ideas with, and ask my millions of questions!
Please accept my humble obeisances.
All glories to Srila Prabhupada!
Hare Krsna~
Wishing everyone is well by the mercy of the Lord. Care for Cows in Vrindavan is currently attempting to purchase additional land to accommodate and protect an ever-growing number of Krsna’s cows. As a servant of the Lord, I am begging anyone is able to direct any amount of funds to this very worthy cause. The transaction to purchase the land must take place on the Holy Day of Gaura-Purnima, so all contributions must be made before then. You can read more about this event and contribute as well at:
Yet another very worthy but ongoing cause in the care of Krsna’s cows is the Save a Cow, Save the World project. This is being facilitated by our Connect friend and the Lord’s servant, vibhooshankrishnadas. His description of this effort, as well as the website address and contribution/membership information is at:
Hare Krishna, Krishnaowned.
I wanted to add you as my friend, but was unable to find the place on your profile where the option is given to send you a buddy request. Since I cannot send you a request, would you please send me one instead? Thank you.
Comment by Krishnaowned No problem! No such a thing as too many friends!
Hare Rama
thanks for the email. I sent you something back from a peoplepc.com address with a cc to another address of mine, and noticed the my gmail dumped it into spam?? So if you dont see it, your service may have done the same.
Interesting how different people have run into one another in the valley.

I have always liked Monson, its a nice town. There are a few Devotees in this area of Ma.. I dont know if any are on the forum, but there are at least two from E.hampton, three from noho, and three from the Berkshire foot hills that I know of. There was a temple right on rt. 9 bay road in Amherst for a period of time back in the 90's, so there are probably more in the area that I dont even know about. A few of these Devotee's from the noho area are very experienced and a good resource. I've always thought it would be great for a Temple in this area to put in a bid to provide the Five College food services with their veggie menue, like - let the pros handle it, type of thing!
Great hearing from you and hope to chat again!
