Bhagavad-gita As It Is- Part BG.IN.12

Hare Krishna! Firstly, all the devotees please accept my humble obeisances. You all have been very kind and helpful. I was reading the text sent to me and I had some questions.

Krishna says, na tad bhasayate suryo
na sasanko na pavakah
yad gatva na nivartante
tad dhama paramam mama

"That supreme abode of Mine is not illumined by the sun or moon, nor by fire or electricity. Those who reach it never return to this material world."

Question1-In the beginning Krishna made a material place since the soul wanted to enjoy. But Krishna says above that the soul who reaches never returns to the material world. My question is if the soul initally existed in the supreme abode when we were made then why have we all fallen to this material world and not remained there in the lord's abode as he says who are in my abode never return to the material world. If the Lord says his place his transcendal and we can never desire material life, then why did we all fall?

Question2-My 2nd question is not pertaining to this stanza. When human beings give a birth to a child, is the child or soul born for the first time or are there millions of souls already existing in the brahman? Is there a limit to the number of souls existing or do we create new life by progency and cause population?

Question3-When we reach in Krishna's abode, what form do we take? Do we remain a speck like form or do we have a human form?

I hope my questions are not too vague, but I'm very curious what happens. I hope someone could help me please.

Haribol!

Matter is Not Eternal Form

One common mistake is to relate form with matter. The eternal is both form and formless. This does not mean matter or without matter. Matter is deceptive and deteriorates. Eternal form is perfect and does not deteriorate.

Hare Krishna.
1. The classic question why did we fall. We fell because we wanted to fall. This has been discussed many times in this forum too.

2. Human being is not first birth for a soul. The soul had gone thru many births and it could have been a human before. The number of souls are unlimited. All souls are eternal and there is no question of creating new soul or new life.

3. In Krsna's abode we have our svarupa which is now covered. It could be human like - gopis, parents, friends, servants, animal like - parrots, deers etc, plants form - trees or creepers, or any form that we can give pleasure to Krishna with. There is active service in liberation and Prabhupada explains that 'liberation is never inaction, but service without human mistakes' (SB 2.2.1). The speck form of the soul is its subtle form as explained in Caitanya Caritamrta (Madhya 19.140) - suksma svarupo yam.
