Hare Krishna

Thank you all so much for your advice on the previous thread.

Deejay (the cat) passed away on his favourite cushion last night.

I had prayed to lord Krishna to please take him & ease his passing .. as it was he passed at the perfect time, really .. Whilst we were there, playing Hare Krishna kirtan, I prayed and my girlfriend stroked him.

Of course she is very sad - she saw him come into the world and has now seen him pass out .. her spiritual beliefs are not as strong or the same as mine .. but of course I believe that the spirit-soul has left the body only .. and under the most auspicious circumstances possible.

Today she would have wanted to take him to the vet for the lethal injection and I would have had to support her in this .. and so I am so great-full to Lord Krishna for arranging a 'natural' passing.
