i received this question from a friend who is not conversant with Krsna Conciousness. As I have myself a very poor Knowledge of the Srimad Bhagavatam, I will appreciate any help on this subject. Here is the question:
Can you advise why do we celebrate Radha-Krsna's wedding while Lord Krsna got married to Rukmini in real life?

i was wondering this myself..im just a beginner in krsna conciousness...therefore i found myself asking this question when i read the KRSNA, book by Srila Praphupada...what happened to Radharani after the Lord left to Mathura??

She was staying in Vrindavan absorbed in vipralambha bhava, Uddhava met Her there (Brahmavaivarta Purana 4.68, 91-93) and later She went to meet Krsna at Kuruksetra. This meeting is described in Srimad Bhagavatam 10.82 and Gopala Campu 33 by Jiva Gosvami.

Hare Krsna Bern,
as per Brahmavaivarta Purana and Garga samhita (if not other sastras) Radha and Krsna are married as well.
Dvaraka lila (Krsna living in Dvaraka with Rukmini and other queens) is of somehow lesser importance for Gaudiya Vaisnavas who mainly focus on Vrindavan lila.
