Hello Everyone!
Can anyone tell me about becoming a devotee? What are the levels (if there are any)? I have no desire to be a renunciate of any kind-a sanyassi. However, as a householder, I'd like to teach when the time comes and conduct services, etc., etc,
Does anyone have the "scoop"?

The very idea of becoming a devotee comes only to those who are qualified, i.e. who got ajnata sukriti: http://www.veda.harekrsna.cz/bhaktiyoga/bhaktiyoga-1.htm#1
Then everything depends on our desire to serve Krsna, association with Vaisnavas (>>their and Krsna's mercy), our level of spiritual knowledge and our quality of practice. At one point comes the initiation by a Vaisnava guru and the process continues. Eternally.
There're three basic levels: kanistha (beginner), madhyama and uttama.
