I use the chatzy room and applied to the gita and jappa rooms.
but wouldn't it be cool if we actually made a Krishna.com official chat room?

If you click on the oicture to the left that says CLICK HERE TO CHAT LIVE you can chat to other devotees now. Many, Many people do that already.
Ning has an option for a chatroom and a private setting for free
I found out today that ning.com has an option for a chatroom on their networking site and the ability to make the social network invitation only. This privacy option helps keep the site safe. They have an extensive array of options on the ning networking site for music videos blog etc. I am testing the site now to see how it works. This would be another option. One could even have two sites, one for outreach open to those that are curious and another for the devotees to connect with. There are so many options on the internet that are safe for the devotee, Krishna's mercy and grace are infinate.

I would build it using appropriate graphics and fund it if there were support and use. I wouldn't want to spend the money and have the room not used. I would allow whatever moderation that Krishna.com or those that would support would want to provide. A more user friendly chatroom would be a bonus. However the present chatroom is still such a nice thing to do for us.
