Deity Worship training course

Today I attended day one of a two day course in a Deity Worship given by The ISKCON Minister for Deity Worship Nrsimha Kavaca Das.

I am participating in day two tomorrow.

It's very, very interesting, and very practical. I'll report more about it when it's all over. You would all love it I am sure.

Conch blowing

Hare Krishna, what is the secret to blowing the conch? I have rather weak lungs due to past illness and this hinders my lung power. I could use any tips you can give.
