Jai Shri Krishna! All glories to Prabhupada and all the Devotees!
I have a some questions about Ladoo Gopal Deity worship. He is my very first deity and I want to know how to take care of him and is He a merciful deity?
I am not qualified to talk about the worship, but can tell you about the Deity.
Bal Krshna , or Bal Gopal is simply AN ADORABLE DARLING.
He will send you into ecstacy.
He has the most 'NATKHAT' grin, which gets wider when He is either pleased with your service or when He is upto some mischief.
Do you have a crib for Him ? Watch out ! He may try to crawl out of it. He crawls fast , very fast, and then stops and turns to look at you , grinning, to observe your reaction. Then starts crawling again, turns again.
He will crawl into your lap, and into your heart.
Just make sure that ....
1. You follow regulative principals
2. Your home meets the pre-requisites for Deity worship - perhaps you will get some answers on live help (or e-mail help) here on Krishna.com.
3. The standard of worship you set now is such that it can be easily followed in all or most circumstances in future.
