The other day, I had a dream of His Divine Grace Shrila Prabhupada. I saw him and offered my obeisances by falling down in front of Him and then I touched his lotus feet! Then he blessed me with his hand. Is it something special? I started to become very serious in Krsna conciousness like 5 month ago, chanting japa, reading Bhavagat gita, avoiding all offences and then one day Shrila prabhupada came in my dream and bless me and I touched his lotus feet. I just love him! :D

NArAyaNa-MUrti

Yesterday was a day in history when a great soul disappeared from this world i.e. left his body. It was His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami PrabhupAd , well known as Srila PrabhupAd.
This post is to remember him , as one of my Gurus ; As a quiet Guru who sometimes answered my questions with a quiet laugh or just one or two words.
He seems like a Guru who never condemned or discouraged, just allowed people to take their own time to come to their senses.
***Once***, I saw Srila Prabhupad smiling, with an image of Narayana suspended behind his head in the air. NArAyaNa-MUrti.

Narayana?
Hare Krishna. When you say Narayana-murti, are you saying that the image behind Prabhupada's head was Narayana murti or are you implying that Prabhupada himself took on the form (murti) of Narayana?

I just wrote what i saw : Srila Prabhupad smiling , with SrimAn NArAyana behind his head - "suspended in air / space" is the best way i can put it.
No interpretations.
The word NArAyana MUrti simply came to me automatically, hence its the title of the post.

When i wrote the last line above , about you being a police officer on this forum, it made me smile all day whenever i thought of the idea. (Well you are not the only one... that's what moderators are for - to play the police)
Obviously , the intention was to make you laugh. I was trying to be funny , but with no negative intentions.
That is why , it did not even flash thru' my mind for a second that it could sound or be taken the wrong way by either you or others. That, and the fact that i do respect your thoughts on Krshna Consciousness.
When i suddenly remembered this thread and the thought crossed my mind that this can be offending, i prayed to Krshna - please let me apologize to Radhikesh Prabhu , because i will not be comfortable with myself with the possibility of hurting others' feelings.
Before posting anything, i talk to Krshna, (not that He doesn't let me get away with my own agenda). But this one was impulsive, albeit harmless fun from my side. Nevertheless, impulse is pravrtti , a far cry from nivrtti. This tells me nivrtti is the way to go if one does not want to hurt anyone.
So, please accept my apologies if that was a wrong thing to say, as well as a bad example for others.
