I have a problem with lust and I need help. I feel like I have failed Krishna when I submitted to lust and masturbation. I try to stop but it just comes back. I promise Krishna will not do it again. I stop maybe for a week or a month or so then it attacks me again. I love Krishna I want to serve him for ever.

Depend on Krishna and the Guru
As soon as the lusty desire appears in you, just totally surrender to Krishna for His help and guidance. When we are affected by Maya, we should look at Radha Krishna and pray for their mercy to fight the battle against Maya. We can not win this battle on our own.

If you do x, then y results.
If you do not do x, then y does not result.
x = anything, y = anything
It's as simple as that. If you wish to remove such lust then engage x in spiritual practices. If you engage x in spiritual practices then the result y becomes pleasant. If you engage x in material maya then the result y becomes unpleasant. Then the question is now yours, do you want to feel unpleasant or pleasant?

i also use to have this problem but i learned to get over it.
don't look at pornography it would just make things harder for you and end up masturbating.
Chant your 16 rounds first thing in the morning, for the rest of the day you wont feel any desire and keep you grounded, it worked for me.
Also attending Mangala Arati helps too.

I know it may be hard at first but it will get easier with time cause you will go through withdrawal symptons. even though it may feel like poison in the beginning it will lead to a nectar state of mind.
Nature of Lust
Lust is something which cannot be crushed by force. it can only be directed to some other avenues where it can be transformed to some other creative use, As it is a form of the energy. Intense chanting and meditation of the lotus feet of Lord helps in removing this problem to a greater extant. Also take refuge of Bhaktaraja Hanumaanji, Lord Parashurama, Shukdevaji, Sanakadi four Kumaras and Naaradji. These mahapurushas if evoked for mercy grant boons of Control of senses. Also remember the life episodes of Haridas Prabhu, where he was able to conquer the lust by the Harinaam when the Damsel was send to him to Shake him from his path of Devotion.
Also remember Kamadeva(The Cupid), is son of lord and according to Panchratra shastras is an expansion of Lord in form of Pradymun. So in form of creative force he is invincible. You can only peacify him but cannot control this divine force.So try not to controle but seek refuge and surrender to lord.He is mercyful and will save you from Falling spiritually. Also remember an act without indulgence does not cause attachment and related downfall. If By chance Nightfall occures then treat is as an accidental case and dont indulge mentally. treat is as physical body process.

Like most desires it gets bigger if you feed it
It doesn't come back, it never left. It is best dealt with at the point that you are considering it. If you don't want to be doing it divert yourself with something else, prayer, service or some other activity.
I would suggest that you are allowing particular thoughts which wake this desire up. Perhaps you should stop thinking about them if you don't want to be doing it. If you are looking at certain magazines and movies it will be inevitable that you will feed this desire.

Call Out To Lord Madan Mohan
When this happens, call out to lord Madan Mohan who attracts cupid. He will take away this lusty desire. If It's still there, then pray with an even greater intensity. This way you'll be developing more bhakti and getting rid of that lusty desire. Don't worry, Krishna understands........Hope this helps =D

Not Failure
Its not failure if you keep the practice of increasing your spiritual desire.
This is just a lower chakra sense that finds a place in the mind for lack of something better (from the minds point of view), if spiritual desire increases, it will push lower desires out!
