Hare Krishna.
I would like to ask you for your input on some exercises for the abdomen.
I spend a lot of my time sitting and studying. Soon, my abdomen hurts, my intestines feel squished, and I feel tired and worn out. I take breaks at least every 30 minutes and walk around a bit, stretch, but it doesn't help all that much.
I suppose there may be several factors for these pains in my abdomen - clothes that are tight around the waist, sitting posture, height of the chair and table, the way I breathe, my tendency to tense up when I concentrate ...
In my own room, I can do something about some of these factors - wear comfy clothes, lower the chair, but not when I am at the library or elsewhere.
Does anyone know any exercises that someone like me (who has no clue of yoga or elaborate relaxation techniques) could do to relax the abdomen?
I would appreciate that very much.

Thank you prabhus, for your suggestions.
Although I was hoping for some exercises I could also do without extra equipment, and also in places like the library - as that is where I need it most. Because by the time I get the opportunity to do the exercises you suggested, my abdomen has already had a day of being squished.
I know, quite demanding ...

Easy yoga
Hare Krsna, friend. An effective and easy way to relax, combat fatigue, and stretch the body (which helps to decompress organs) after prolonged sitting is the Surya Namaskar or "Sun Salutation." Here's a link on how to do the asanas:

Another helpful pose is Viparita Karana or "Legs-Up-The-Wall." This asana redirects the blood flow from your legs and feet back to your torso, also helping your abdominal area to rejuvenate. Here's the link:

Hope this helps. Hari Haribol!
