Om ajnana-timirandhasya jnananjana-salakaya caksur unmilitam yena tasmai sri-gurave namah
Oh! Srila Prabhupada, I would never have known my true identity as spirit soul, belonging to Krishna, had it not been for you.
When I was searching, you came into my life thru your books.
Bhagavad Gita, As it Is taught me all that I know today.
It was thru the mercy of Lord Krishna that I found a spiritual teacher.
I would have never known the beauty of Shyamasundar and Radharani had I not met your disciples.
You are the pure devotee who spent his life distributing Krishna Prem.
You are to be remembered for all time as the saint from India who saved so many souls in the Western world from impersonalism and voidism.
How else would we have known about bhakti-yoga?
You are the one who showed us the direct path to God, the sublime path, the easiest path for this age of Kali.
Wandering in search of life’s sweetness, you give us the candy for free; the Maha mantra, the gift of deliverance, the taste of the Divine.
As I offer my respect and obeisance to you, Divine Grace, and thank you for your devotional service to humanity; may I beg one request of you on your appearance day?
May I always remember your teachings, may I always desire to chant the Maha mantra, and may I have opportunities to distribute Krishna Prem.
I pray that all fallen souls may soon receive your mercy and taste the candy.
How beautiful
PAMHO, Hare Krsna~ I had come into this forum to write something heartfelt to Srila Prabhupada, as he is my savior from the clutches of Hell, my guru, my ever well-wisher, my friend, my father, my teacher, and so many other things.
After reading this, however, there is nothing else I can think of to write. It's wonderful, and it's exactly how I feel as well. Thank you very much, Emily, for articulating what probably many of us feel. Srila Prabhupada ki jay!
