SANDESH;TO MAKE CHEESE;;take 1 litre of milk;boil it for 15 min then add 4 spoons of curd to make cheese from it .put it in a musclin cloth n hang it for 25 to 30 min or press that cheese in a cloth with heavy weight for 5 min so that water in it drain out .now mash cheese;with hand .add 1 cup of powdered sugar in it .mix it .make 12 small balls size pieces apply a rose petal on each piece.keep in refrigerator for half hour n SERVE. RASGOLLAS;;.make ceese as said above .make 12 balls o f that cheese for syrup ttake4 cup of water n 2 cups of sugar boil it till sugar is dissolved now take it off from flame cool it for 10 min n add 2 spoons of milk in syrup and again put syrup on flame put cheese balls in it after 5 min.boil the balls on full flame for 5 min then low the flame and cover the container and keep it boiling on low flame for 15 to 18 min with the covered lid. keep it for cooling for in fridge for 2 hrs ;serve cool
