pumpkin pakoras

ingredients-
pumpkin 1/2kg(cut into slices)
salt
black pepper
oil for deep frying
flour any vrat flour either kuttu flour or singhara flour(waterchest nut flour)
recipe-
cut pumpkin in to thin slices big
spread some salt,black pepper on it,take it aside for 15 to 20 min.
make a paste of flour and add some salt and black pepper in it
take one slice of pumpkin and dip it in flour and fry it.
it is ready to serve.
