ingredients-
potatoes (boiled) 5 to 6
paneer (100gms)
singhara flour(100 gms)
salt to taste
ginger(optional)
oil for deep frying
recipe-
add salt,green chillies coriander leaves and mix it well with potatoes,don't add paneer in it.
then take a small ball of potato and fill paneer in it,and fold it.
take a bowl make a paste of singhara flour add little bit of salt in it .
dip that potatoes ball in it and fry it,the tasty paneer rolls are ready to eat.serve it with mint chutney.
