ingredients-
potatoes(boiled)- 5to6
gourd (small)
paneer(100gm)
singhara flour(waterchest nut flour)(2tbsp)
oil for shallow fry
salt according to taste
green chillies 1 to 2
coriander leaves
recipe-
take a bowl mix potatoes,paneer and gourd (pour off its water),add some singhara flour,green chillies coriander leaves and salt in it,mix it well and make cutlets from it, then take a pan heat some ghee or oil and fry it on slow flame.
