As to a devotee being free
As to a devotee being free from all sin and all karma....that is the devotee on the highest platform...not the neophyte. We are experiencing a lesser form of the karmic reaction we may deserve due to previous activites, but still a reaction. Srila Prabhupada likened it to having unplugged the fan, but the blades are still spinning. Also in Teachings of Queen Kunti, Prabhupada explains that one of the path of devotion may, due to past sinful activities deserve to be killed by a knife, but simply experience a cut on the finger. Those of us on the path toward pure devotional service still have one foot (or in my case all but a toe) in the material world. Marriage is a very big step, and should be approached very carefully and cautiously. If there is an opportunity to astrologically check out compatability with a possible mate, why not? With all the failed marriages, even within ISKCON, we can see that not just any two people engaged in this process can live a harmonious life together.

WHY ASTRO MATCH!!
It is said, a devotee of Krishna is free from all the sins, he is no more under the law of karma as his life is completely arranged by Krishna. This means there is no need for doing astro match before marriage. Then why is the option of astro match available on your website?
Yes those who
are pure devotees will probably not need astro match
But for devotees such as myself I think astrology can be very helpful
Why not you ?
You are a priest and have been practicing Krishna Consciousness for so many years. Then I am sure all your sins have already got burnt and your life is completely arranged by Krishna. I read all this in the Krishna book, Prabhupada said that a devotee of Krishna does not have to worry about the law of karma as his life is completely arranged by Krishna. I am an ant compared to you. If you say you need astro match then I can understand the urgency of astro match for me too. After reading Prabhupada's statement in the Krishna book, I fought and opposed my parents that I dont need astro match as Krishna will protect me. Now I am getting very scared and I think I should apologize to my parents. Prabhu, please guide me, being an ant compared to you, do I need astro match?
How Does It Work?
This sounds very interesting -- when I tried the link, though, I got a "temporarily unavailable" message. So, is this like a singles board? Sort of a "match.com" for the Krishna conscious? I'm probably too old for this sort of thing, but it sounds like a great idea for those of marital age!
