i have a routine of worshiping krishna and then eating food
but today i accidentally ate food without worshiping....(but i worshiped afterwards)
what to do now..

There is nothing to worry about, just make sure you offer all your food from now on.
Krishna is very forgiving. Just ask Him to forgive you for your unintentional slip and go on offering your food in the future.
