the indian pancakes

This a quick recipie for indian pancakes..which is very popular in south india as "rava dosa" here it goes:
Ingredients:
2cup of semolina(rava)
1 cup of rice flour
1/2 cup of plain flour(maida)
1/2 cup of curd
1/2 teaspoon of ginger paste
1 teaspoon of geen chilli paste
1 teaspooon of cumin seeds(jeera)
salt to taste
2 cups of water( or as needed)
Method:
In a bowl, mix in thoroughly all the above mentioned ingredients. Now add curd and water to this mixture till there is moderately thick consistency. set aside this batter for 45minutes.
preheat a nonstick pan and grease it with butter/oil.let the pan be on a low-moderate flame. spread a spoonful(tablespoon) of batter onto the pan and sprikle few more drops of oil. when one side of the pan cake is cooked then slowly turn it the other side.
be careful in turning as it is little soft.if the proportions are appropraite then the "dosa" will come out crisp and slightly wheatish brown in colour.
hope this is a useful receipe.
haribol!
