Limitless Kṛṣṇa

In our regular monthly program, one of the guests asked me ‘Why do you call God as Kṛṣṇa? Why not just refer it as God?’ He also took exception to the title of the lecture ‘Who is God?’ He preferred ‘What is God?’ And he said he will read the book he bought substituting ‘God’ for ‘Kṛṣṇa’.

Thoughts from visiting Disney – 3: Rollercoaster

The longest lines at the various theme parks are for the rollercoaster rides. There are different kinds: the one with wild thrills, the one that drops down 52.5 feet, the one that climbs up 180 foot and then rides wild in the dark, and many more.

Thoughts from visiting Disney – 2: Maya

The Disney world theme parks are colorful and are constantly brimming with various activities. There are huge crowds waiting in line to go on rides, watch shows, eat lunch etc. The parks have many attendants who provide service always with a smile. Their single aim is to make people happy after, of course, they have collected the admission price.

Thoughts from visiting Disney – 1: Vacation

Recently I went with my family to Florida to visit the famed Walt Disney World, Universal Studios and the Kennedy Space Center. We have not gone on vacation in the past several years and wanted to take a break. What is a vacation anyway? It is taking time off from routine work to do something else – see places, visit friends, do gardening, visit Mayapur and so on.
